Watercolour Masterclass Weekend – 13 & 14 Apr 2019

This two-day workshop is suitable for artists who would like to get out of their comfort zone and try a full watercolour sheet (approx 55 cm x 75 cm). You can bring your own subject to paint and over the two days I’ll help you plan your painting, prepare pre-painting sketches, and complete your painting from start to finish. Drawing Workshop with Andy Quilty. Part 1: 10am-11.30am Part 2: 12noon-1.30pm. The workshop will focus on the notion of drawing as a process of discovery. Participants will develop important skills, employing experimental methodologies and risk taking – introducing the notion of ‘happy accidents’ as fundamental to the art making process. Building confidence as well as technical skills, participants will gain the ability to take a more intuitive and exploratory approach to their work. Cost is $50 includes all material. Bookings are essential. There will be a break from 11.30 to noon so bring your own morning tea.

Drawing, Painting & Sculpture Workshops for Youth Aug-Sep 2018

Drawing, Painting and Sculpture Workshops for Youth with Annette Peterson. Separate sessions for 8-12 years and 13-18 years. These workshops are all about “Portraits”. Choose from three types of workshops:
1. Drawing and Painting #1 – Right Brain,
2. Drawing and Painting #2 – Left Brain,
3. Sculpture.
