This years NAIDOC theme, Voice, Treaty, Truth are three key elements to the reforms set out in the Uluru Statement from the Heart. These reforms represent the unified position of First Nations Australians.

For generations, Indigenous peoples have sought recognition of their unique place in Australian history and society today. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have looked for significant and lasting change.
The 2019 theme aims to start the conversation towards moving forward, together as a Nation.
The City of Joondalup NAIDOC celebrations will run from 8 – 31 July 2019. More details are provided on the City’s website.
